Monochrome ceramics are popular in white, black and gray. Blue ceramic watches are really rare. VS uses ceramic raw materials (zirconia) to add pigments, injects zirconia into the mold for 1000bar pressure molding, and 3 hours of plasma sintering in a furnace at 20,000 degrees Celsius. After sintering, it cannot be processed later. It is molded in one go and will change color after sintering. Unevenness, sand holes, white spots, direct scrapping! Irreversible! The defective products are too high! As a result, mass production cannot be achieved. too difficult!
After a year of repeated testing and comparison by VS, 90% is close to the genuine dark blue product! The case body/crown/dial/buckle/bottom cover/rim/are all made of blue ceramic, and each accessory is sintered and polished individually. VS carefully selects only 30% of the best products! too difficult!
