In short, we use the most professional tools and services to inspect each watch well. Only after all are approved can we ship it. Before shipping, we will also provide you with a video of the calibration instrument testing the movement to ensure that you receive the best product. This is also why sometimes shipping is slow. Requesting fast delivery, same day delivery (unless there are available styles in stock) is incomprehensible to Xiaoma. 1. We can use our own cooperative master for after-sales service
Free repair for non-human damage within three months of purchase, and the after-sales service time of our cooperating master is fast without the need to return to the factory.
After three months, we will self pay for maintenance at cost price. The advantage is that our after-sales service time is fast and we don't have to wait to return to the factory. 2. Return to factory for maintenance

However, there is a risk of losing the watch (although the probability of loss is rare, it should be reminded just in case), and the after-sales time is often one or two months, so you need to be patient and wait.
Based on the current market environment, we provide the above solutions for bosses to choose from. If you want fast after-sales service and no risk, you can choose the first solution. If you choose the second solution, please note that there is also a risk of loss due to waiting time. (Although the probability of loss is very low, it should be reminded just in case.) 3. The normal repair time for watches is around 10-20 days. The entire process includes: arrival inspection - return for repair - post return inspection - watch return - pony re inspection.
4. In case of special circumstances where the repair time exceeds 90 days, such as a lack of watch accessories or the manufacturer's inability to continue fulfilling warranty obligations. Tearing off the watch film or wearing it can only provide warranty service and cannot be replaced.
